This second edition of the benefit album, released to raise funds for "The Ptolemaic Terrascope" music magazine, comes with a new artwork especially designed by Davina Ware and extensive sleevenotes.

All tracks previously unreleased, except track 1-07 taken from the soundtrack to the film "Georgia", recorded Oct. 30th, 1994 in Athens, GA.
